The staff were very amiable, the breakfast was incredibly nice with lots offood. The location was magnificent - next to mall, Walmart, Chase bank and gas stations as well as Petroskills conference centre.

The weather was wonderful, had real good stay on a business trip. The location was good in a peaceful area, adjacent to Katy Mills, a very large mall with a Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and a Rainforest Cafe, the United States, and restaurants and the Katy Mills Mall.

Such a VERY VERY GOOD stay for one night. Spotlessly clean hotel, comfortable and unbeatable location right by the KATY outlet shopping center, awesome breakfast. Comfortable bed in the studio suite, plus central heating, pay television, and a microwave. Particularly good bathroom with a bath.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a safe area, adjacent to many restaurants and shopping, Katy Mills mall, near I10, and Holiday Inn express, or courtyard marriott. The rooms we had were good-sized and huge and with all the bags of shopping and a pull out sofa, as for instance. Truly enjoyed excellent design.

Our recent stay at Springhill Suites was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of options, making it easy to find something for everyone. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is also just off the Interstate 10 Freeway, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Previous guests mentioned that the rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-maintained bedsheets and bedspreads. The breakfast offered a good variety and choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Some guests mentioned that they experienced issues with the hotel's towel replacement policy, as their towels were still replaced despite requesting to go "green" and minimize waste.
